What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via AMEX, APPLE PAY, DISCOVER, ELO, PAY, JCB, OPAY,

Fastshoppingonline.eu never stores credit card information and it remains the cardholder's private property at all times before, during and after the product purchase. Please note that all payments are charged in USD/EURO.

What should I do if I get an error when placing an order?

Please ensure you have correctly filled out all of your billing information including your full name, email address, full shipping address and phone number associated with the payment method. If you're still having trouble, please email us or DM us on our social media and we'll do our best to help!

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you order on Thursday, you will receive the tracking information in 1-2 days. However, every order placed between Friday and Sunday will have their tracking numbers on Monday morning!

How long does it take for my order to be delivered after it is placed?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. But due to the many orders we usually receive, 3-6 weeks is the standard time.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided. If for any reason you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide completely FREE!

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Will my package be charged additional customs and import fees?

Customs or import fees are charged once an item has arrived at its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over how much these charges are, as import and customs regulations vary from country to country. We encourage you to find out about these fees before placing your order.

What do I do if my order is missing?

All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms the item was delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact us at weareaplateam@gmail.com
